Bimmer Tech, LLC Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is provided by Bimmer Tech, LLC (“Bimmer Tech”). Bimmer Tech warrants that all maintenance and repair services performed (the “Services”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period, subject to the terms and conditions below.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING CALIFORNIA LAW.

Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the Services and is non-transferable to subsequent vehicle owners.

Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty is valid for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date the Services were performed (the “Warranty Period”).

Any remedial work performed under this Limited Warranty does not extend or restart the original Warranty Period.

Scope of Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to defects directly related to:

•Parts supplied by Bimmer Tech, and/or•Workmanship of services performed by Bimmer Tech

Use of aftermarket or third-party parts does not automatically void this warranty; however, failures or damages caused by such parts are not covered.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

•Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to brake pads, rotors, filters, wipers, tires, and fluids•Batteries and brake components, which are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable•Noise, vibration, or minor performance variations (including brake squeal) that do not indicate a defect•Failures or damages resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, racing, track use, excessive load, or unauthorized modifications•Failures or damages resulting from accidents, environmental conditions, or external factors (including water intrusion or debris)•Repairs, adjustments, or modifications performed by third parties after our service that affect the original repair•Customer-supplied parts (no warranty is provided on such parts; labor may be covered only if failure is directly caused by our workmanship)•Diagnostic or inspection services, which are not guaranteed to identify all issues•Pre-existing conditions, including those not disclosed prior to service or not reasonably detectable during initial inspection•Consequential issues not directly caused by defective parts or improper workmanship

Performance & Aftermarket Modifications

Bimmer Tech may install aftermarket or performance parts at the customer’s request. Due to the nature of such modifications, the following conditions apply:

•Aftermarket and performance parts arenot covered under this Limited Warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise•Any manufacturer warranty for such parts is the sole responsibility of the part manufacturer•Labor related to installation may be coveredonly if a failure is directly caused by defective workmanship

Limitations Related to Modified Vehicles

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

•Failures or damages resulting from performance modifications, tuning, or aftermarket parts•Increased wear or stress on components due to modified engine output, suspension changes, or other performance upgrades•Compatibility issues between aftermarket parts and OEM systems•Check engine lights, warning messages, or drivability issues caused by tuning or non-OEM components

ECU Tuning & Software Modifications

•Vehicles with ECU tuning, software modifications, orreflashedcontrol units are not covered for any related engine, transmission, or drivability issues•Bimmer Tech is not responsible for failures influenced by altered factory parameters•Reverting software to stock does not automatically restore warranty coverage if damage was caused by prior tuning

Maintenance Responsibility

Warranty coverage does not apply to failures or damages resulting from failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules or continued operation of the vehicle after a known issue is present.

Mobile Service Limitations

Due to the nature of mobile service, certain conditions may not be fully diagnosable or repairable on-site.
Bimmer Tech is not responsible for limitations in diagnosis or repair resulting from restricted access, environmental conditions, or safety constraints.

Claims Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

•The customer must notify Bimmer Tech within a reasonable time after discovering the issue•A Bimmer Tech technician must inspect the vehicle to determine eligibility for warranty coverage•A diagnostic/service fee may apply if the issue is determined not to be related to defective materials or workmanship•The customer must provide the original service date and mileage, along with current mileage•Warranty service is available only within Bimmer Tech’s active service areas•Third-party inspection or repair costs are not covered unless authorized in advance

Remedy

If Bimmer Tech determines that a defect in materials or workmanship exists, Bimmer Tech may:

•Repair the issue, and/or•Replace defective parts

at no cost to the customer.

Refunds, if applicable, may require the return of defective parts, which remains the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Terms & Conditions

•Labor charges are based on standard service rates, not actual technician time•Charges will not exceed the approved estimate without customer authorization•Additional repairs require a revised estimate and approval•Bimmer Tech is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property in the vehicle•Repair timelines are subject to parts availability and scheduling•Certain services may be subcontracted when necessary•By authorizing service, the customer consents to vehicle system data access for diagnostic and repair purposes•Parts return policies may apply depending on supplier requirements

Warranty Determination

Warranty eligibility is determined based on reasonable inspection and evidence that the issue is directly related to defects in materials or workmanship from services performed by Bimmer Tech.
