Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS
ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS SOLD BY BIMMER TECH ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes, without limitation:

Vehicle repairs
-
Diagnostics and inspections
-
Maintenance services
-
Performance upgrades
-
Tuning, coding, flashing, and software modifications
-
Labor charges
-
Installed parts and components
Once any service has been scheduled, performed, partially performed, or parts have been ordered or installed, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON.
This policy applies regardless of customer satisfaction, expectations, perceived results, or vehicle outcome.
NO RIGHT TO CANCEL SERVICES
Automotive services are custom, labor-based, and vehicle-specific. Under California law, such services are not subject to a right of cancellation once work has begun or parts have been ordered.
By authorizing work, you irrevocably waive any right to cancel or request a refund.
LIMITED REPAIR WARRANTY — 12 MONTHS / 12,000 MILES
Bimmer Tech provides a limited workmanship warranty on repair services only, subject to the following strict terms:

Coverage is limited to 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first

Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed
-
Warranty coverage is repair-only; NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS

Bimmer Tech retains sole discretion to inspect, diagnose, and determine warranty eligibility
If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, Bimmer Tech may, at its option:

Repair the affected work, or
-
Replace the defective component
This is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS (NO COVERAGE)
The repair warranty does NOT apply to:

Normal wear and tear
-
Pre-existing conditions
-
Customer-supplied parts
-
Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper operation
-
Racing, track use, aggressive driving, or off-road use
-
Lack of maintenance
-
Overheating, oil starvation, or fluid contamination
-
Modifications, tuning, or repairs by third parties
-
Electrical issues caused by software updates or vehicle manufacturers
-
Diagnostic findings that do not result in repair authorization
If Bimmer Tech determines that a failure is not warranty-related, all inspection, diagnostic, and repair costs are the customer’s responsibility.
ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY ON TUNING & PERFORMANCE WORK
ALL TUNING, CODING, FLASHING, AND PERFORMANCE MODIFICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
There is:

NO WARRANTY

NO GUARANTEE
-
NO PROMISE OF PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, OR RESULTS
Tuning and performance modifications are inherently experimental and subject to variables beyond our control, including:

Vehicle condition and mileage
-
Prior or hidden modifications
-
Fuel quality or ethanol content
-
Driving behavior
-
Climate and environmental conditions
-
Manufacturer software updates
-
Mechanical limitations or failures
By proceeding, the customer:

Acknowledges all risks
-
Accepts full responsibility for outcomes
-
Agrees that NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CLAIMS will be accepted
PARTS & COMPONENTS
All parts installed by Bimmer Tech are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE once installed.

Removed parts become the property of Bimmer Tech unless otherwise requested in advance

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are handled directly with the manufacturer
-
Approval of manufacturer warranty claims is not guaranteed
Labor related to warranty parts is not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
DIAGNOSTICS & INSPECTIONS ARE FINAL
All diagnostic fees, inspections, consultations, and evaluations are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, decision to repair, or customer dissatisfaction.
Diagnostics represent time, expertise, and professional analysis — not guaranteed fixes.
NO PERFORMANCE OR FUEL ECONOMY GUARANTEES
Bimmer Tech makes NO GUARANTEES regarding:

Horsepower or torque gains
-
Fuel economy
-
Driveability
-
Check engine lights
-
Long-term reliability
Any estimates or discussions are informational only and not binding.
NO CHARGEBACKS OR PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing services or products, you expressly agree:

NOT to file chargebacks or payment disputes
-
That completed services are valid and authorized transactions
Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute:
-
Will be contested with documentation, photos, logs, and signed approvals
-
May result in collections, account termination, and legal action
-
Customer will be responsible for all collection costs, fees, and attorney’s fees where permitted by law
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for:
-
Providing accurate vehicle information
-
Disclosing prior issues or modifications
-
Monitoring vehicle condition after service
-
Ceasing operation if warning lights or abnormal behavior occur
Failure to do so voids all warranties.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By scheduling an appointment, approving an estimate, signing a work order, or completing a purchase online or in person, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
