What to expect before, during, and after your BMW service
Once the work is complete, the technician will clean the workspace and make sure your vehicle is left in proper condition.

This is a normal precaution after certain types of repairs.
If your service involved suspension work, a wheel alignment will be required afterward to ensure proper handling, tire wear, and safety.
Some repairs also require a short calibration period of 200 to 300 miles. During this time, the vehicle’s systems may readjust to the new components. This is normal.
Sometimes, during disassembly, aged or brittle components may fail. For example, an old hose or connector that was already at the end of its lifespan.

If a part is damaged due to our technician’s actions, it is fully covered under our warranty.
If a part fails due to age or condition, we will discuss the replacement with you before proceeding.
