This page outlines the rules and procedures of our service.
Before we start:
Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface. This is especially important for any service involving fluid changes.
Allow the engine to cool down If the repair involves the cooling system, the vehicle must be fully cooled before we arrive.
Let us know if it’s raining and your parking spot is uncovered. Some services cannot be performed safely in the rain. If no garage or covered area is available, please inform your service advisor in advance.
During the Service:
Our technician will be fully focused on the repair process. Many procedures require precision and uninterrupted attention, and even small distractions can extend the expected service time.
You’re always welcome to ask questions, but please keep in mind that ongoing conversation or observing the work too closely may slow down the process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing the mechanic to work efficiently and safely.
If the technician seems quiet, it’s not out of rudeness or unwillingness to discuss your vehicle. He is simply focused on the work to ensure everything is done safely and correctly.
After the Service:
Once the work is completed, the technician will clean the workspace and make sure your vehicle is left in proper condition. We kindly ask that you monitor your car over the next few days for any signs of fluid residue, coolant drips, or changes in coolant level. This is a normal precaution, as certain repairs may cause minor residual moisture or require the system to stabilize.
Please also remember that any suspension-related repair requires a wheel alignment afterward to ensure proper handling, tire wear, and overall safety.
Some services also require a calibration period, which may take 200–300 miles of driving to complete. During this time, certain systems may need to relearn or readjust to the new components. This is normal and expected after specific types of repairs.
Unexpected Findings During the Service
If, during the repair, the technician discovers that additional components need replacement — for example, a worn or brittle hose that fails during disassembly — you will be informed immediately. Your service advisor will provide a clear breakdown of the additional cost, and the work will only be performed with your approval.
If a part is damaged due to the technician’s actions, it is fully covered under our warranty.
If a part fails because it was already aged, brittle, or at the end of its lifespan, the replacement will be discussed and approved with you before we proceed.
