This product includes the MHD FlexFuel Kit hardware and professional installation for supported BMW G-Series vehicles and Toyota Supra.

A FlexFuel setup allows your engine tune to automatically adjust in real time based on the ethanol content in your fuel, providing better performance, consistency, and engine safety when running ethanol blends.

What Is FlexFuel?

E85 is a high-octane fuel, but ethanol content varies between stations and even between refuels.

FlexFuel allows your tune to adapt automatically by adjusting:

•  Fueling

•  Ignition timing

•  Engine parameters

based on the actual ethanol percentage in your tank, not a fixed fuel map.

What Is an ECA (Ethanol Content Analyzer)

The CAN Ethanol Content Analyzer (ECA):

• Reads ethanol content from the E85 sensor

• Converts the signal into CAN format

• Sends real-time ethanol content data to the engine computer (DME)

This information allows the tune to make precise, real-time adjustments.
